Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
(Castle Street/Lower Leys, Evesham)(Temporary Closure and Temporary Suspension of One Way Closure) Order 2017
Proposed Order: to impose a one-way traffic restriction on Castle Street/Lower Leys, Evesham from its junction with B4035 Port Street to its junction with Burford Road in a southerly direction.
The County of Worcester (Castle Street, Evesham)(One Way) Order 1966 item 1 of the Schedule in relation to Castle Street is hereby temporarily suspended for the duration of the works.
The Order is being made to facilitate carriageway works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: B4035 Port Street and Burford Street.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days (within a 2 week period).Commencing: 31 July 2017.
(Linnet Rise, Kidderminster)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Order made: to close that part of Linnet Rise, Kidderminster from its junction with Linnet Rise for its entirety in order to facilitate flood alleviation works. Exemptions: to permitaccess to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken. No alternative route available.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 19 days Commencing:
10 July 2017.
(Blacksmiths Lane, Lower Moor, Pershore)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Proposed Order: to close thatpartofBlacksmiths Lane, Lower Moor, Pershore from its junction with Salters Lane to its junction with Back Way in order to facilitate installation ofnew utilities to new development site.
Exemptions: to permitaccess to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: Salters Lane, A44 Evesham Road, Cherry Orchard Road, Manor Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 35 days Commencing:
1 August 2017.
(Footpath EV-542, Evesham)(Temporary Closure Order) 2016
Notice is hereby given that the Order made by Worcestershire County Council on 29 December 2016 the effect of which is to close that part of Footpath EV-542, Evesham for its entire length, which was due to expire on 8 July 2017 has been continued in force with the approval ofthe SecretaryofStatefor theDepartment Transport until the works to which it relates have been completed or until 8 April 2018 whichever is sooner. Any further extension will require the approval of the Secretary of State.
The Order has been made to facilitate demolition of an old building and the construction ofnew works.
Alternative route: is via U44402 Merstow Green, U44405 Merstow Place, Footway F40504, U44409 St Lawrence Road and U44406 Bewdley Street.
(C2223 Bricklehampton to B4084 Evesham Road, Bricklehampton)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017
Order made: to close that part of C2223 Bricklehampton to B4084 Evesham Road, Bricklehampton from its junction with B4084 Evesham Road to its junction with New Road in order to facilitate Severn Trentworks.
Exemptions: to permitaccess to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2223 Bricklehampton to B4084 Evesham Road, C2007 Little Comberton to Elmley Castle, Manor Lane, C2123 Wick Road, B4084 Evesham Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing:

Order 2017
Order made: to close that part of C2050 Long Hyde/Bennetts Hill, South Littleton from its junction with B4510 Newtown to its junction with B4085 Main Street in order to facilitate footway reconstruction and damaged kerb replacementworks. Exemptions: to permitaccess to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2050 Long Hyde Road, B4085 Main Street, B4085 Cleeve Road, B4510 Cleeve Road to Three Cocks Lane, B4510 Newtown & Vice Versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 20 days Commencing: 12 July 2017.
(C2049 Stratford Road, Honeybourne)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Order made: to close that part of C2049 Stratford Road, Honeybourne from its junction with C2006 Station Road for a distance of 1170 metres in a south easterly direction in order to facilitate carriageway works.
Exemptions: to permitaccess to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2006 Station Road, C2006 Buckle Street, C2114 Pebworth Road, C2114 Front Street, C2114 Chapel Road, C2049 Stratford Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days: Commencing:
10 July 2017.
(C2048 Willersey Road, Badsey)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Proposed Order: to close that part of C2048 Willersey Road, Badsey from its junction with C2048 School Lane for adistance of300metres in asouthern direction in order to facilitate resurfacing works.
Exemptions: to permitaccess to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2048 Willersey Road, C2048 Golden Lane, C2048 Manor Road, 2048 Longdon Hill, A44 Longdon Hill, A44 Broadway Road, A46 Evesham Bypass, B4035 Badsey Road, C2048 Synehurst, C2048 High Street, C2048 School Lane and
vice versa.
