Notice is hereby given that Ebony Leisure Ltd has applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as EBONY CHAMPAGNE BAR, UNIT 8, FREEMANS PLACE, WALKERGATE, DURHAM DH1 1SQ. For the application to vary a Premises Licence to permit the following: To add an outside area with table service available. The opening hours of 10.00 – 19.00 Monday to Sunday inclusive only apply to the newly proposed outside area. The area is for consumption only. A record of this application may be inspected at the Council’s offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7 8RS by appointment, on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm. DH1 9HZ or e-mail licensing@durham.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
