BRIGHTON AND HOVE CITY COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER - STONEHURST COURT

1. NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order pursuant to powers in Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which when it comes into force will have the following effect:-

(a) Closure of Stonehurst Court at its junction with Downs Terrace. There is no alternative route for vehicular traffic as Stonehurst Court is a cul-de-sac

2. The Order is necessary to allow refurbishment of existing properties

3. This Order comes into force on 17th July 2017 for eighteen months or until such sooner time as the works are completed.
