PUBLIC NOTICE FOR LICENSING APPLICATIONS Licensing Act 2003 (Premises & Club Premises Certificates) Regulations 2005
Otterbourne Retail Ltd, hereby give notice that we have applied on 5th July 2017 to Winchester City Council as the Licensing Authority for the Grant of a Premises Licence for the premises known as Otterbourne Foodmarket, Main Road, Otterbourne, Winchester, Hampshire, S021 2EE. The application Is for: Sale of Alcohol for consumption off the premises between the hours of 0700 and 2200 each day.

Any person who wishes to submit representations in connection with this application should send their representations In writing to: Head of Legal Services, Winchester City Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester, S023 9U to arrive by the 3rd August 2017 i.e. twenty eight days of the date of this Notice; details of representations received will be forwarded to the applicants to enable them to comment. The representations received and the applicants' comments will be taken Into account In determining the application. A Register of Applications can be inspected at the City Offices during normal opening hours and details are also available at www.winchester.gov.uk/licensing.
