NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Star Pubs & Bars Limited intends to apply for a variation of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as the Duck Inn, Pheasant Lane, Oakenshaw Redditch, B98 7YH. The variation proposed is as follows:- Application is made to:-Amend the Licensing Plan in accordance with drawing number 2126-60 dated June 2017 which accompanies this application. Amend the opening time to 08.00 daily for the provision of non-licensable activities e.g. sale of tea/coffee/breakfast Amend the terminal hour for all Licensable activities to 01:00 every Friday and Saturday and on the Sunday preceding a Statutory Bank Holiday, Christmas Eve, Christ'mas Day and Boxing Day. A

www.redditchbc.gov.uk during normal office hours. This application was lodged with Redditch Borough on
27/06/2017 and any representations must be made in writing to Redditch Borough Council at the above address by 25/07/2017.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine ofany amount.
