Notice is hereby given that I Miroslav Miroslavov, have applied to the Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as: Parrano Pizza (formerly Lion and Unicorn Inn) 114 Commercial Street, Willington, Crook
Co Durham, DL15 0AA for the variation of a Premises Licence to permit the following licensable activities:- Recorded Music (Indoors) – Monday to Sunday 11:00 – 23:00, Late Night Refreshment (Indoors and Outdoors) – Sunday to Thursday 23:00 – 00:30, Friday to Saturday 23:00 – 01:00, Sale by retail of alcohol (on and off sales and deliveries) – Monday to Sunday 12:00 – 23:59. A record of this application may be inspected at the Council’s offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7 8RS by appointment, on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
