Notice Under Regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by Study Inn Investments (Cathedral St) Ltd (the prospective applicant)

Proposed Development on Land and buildings bounded by Cathedral Street (to the south), Hanover Court (to the west), and open land (to the east and north), Glasgow (known as the Charles Oakley building) For proposed change of use from educational college (Class 10) to student residential accommodation (sui generis) with related ancillary facilities, erection of extension, reconfiguration and refurbishment of existing building, public realm works, and related engineering works. A Public Exhibition will be held in Public foyer of the Metropolitan Tower, City of Glasgow College, North Hanover Street, Glasgow. Date and time: Saturday 29 July, 2017 from 10.30 to 16.00. Persons wishing to make comments on the proposal should do so by 4pm on Tuesday 8 August 2017 to Muir Smith Evans at the above address. This notice does not relate to a planning application and comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
