Notice Under Regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by Study Inn Investments (Cathedral St) Ltd (the prospective applicant)

Proposed Development on Land and buildings bounded by Cathedral Street (to the south), Hanover Court (to the west), and open land (to the east and north), Glasgow (known as the Charles Oakley building) For proposed change of use from educational college (Class 10) to student residential accommodation (sui generis) with related ancillary facilities, erection of extension, reconfiguration and refurbishment of existing building, public realm works, and related engineering works. A Public Exhibition will be held in Public foyer of the Metropolitan Tower, City of Glasgow College, North Hanover Street, Glasgow. Date and time: Saturday 29 July, 2017 from 10.30 to 16.00.
