Notice of application to VARY a Premises Licence Co-operative Group Food Ltd. Address of Premises: Co-op Village Store, 17- 21 Town Street, Farsley, Pudsey, Leeds, LS28 5EN The premises currently has the benefit of a Premises Licence, number PREM/00823/004. The purpose of this application is to vary the hours for when the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises may take place to 0600 - 23:00, Monday to Sunday and to remove any embedded or conflicting restrictions from the licence. Namely, the restrictions from the 1964 Act relating to Christmas Day 12.00- 15.00 and 19.00- 23.00 and the outdated trading hours on weekdays 8.00-23.00 and Sundays 10.00- 22.30. Anyone wishing to make a representation to this application may do so by Wednesday 19 July 2017. A record of the application made to the Licensing Authority will be kept on a register at the address given below and the register may be inspected during normal office hours but by appointment only.
