PRIORY WOOD COMMON CLIFFORD MR Brian Griffiths has applied to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for consent under section 38 of the Commons Act 2006 to carry out restricted works on Priory Wood Common. The Planning Inspectorate will decide the application on behalf of the Secretary of State for Environment,
Food and Rural Affairs.
The proposed works are on land adjacent to High House, Priory Wood. Clifford. HR3 5HF Grid Ref: 326165:245254. The Works are: (1) to upgrade an existing entrance to compy with planning conditions for planning application numberl 63054 to cross the verge onto a public highway. The area of the entrance is 20 square metres. (2) To construct a new entrance to comply with planning conditions for planning application numberl 63054 to
cross the verge onto a public highway. The area of the entrance is 38 square metres. The construction for the above work(s) will
conform to the specification as specified in the Herefordshire Council Highways Specification July 2006 (amended May 2015).
