LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 SECTIONS 123(1) AND (2A) OPEN SPACE TO THE REAR OF THE STUDIO THEATRE, ASHLEY ROAD, SALISBURY, SP2 7BZ

NOTICE is hereby given that Wiltshire Council intends to transfer the following parts of its land holdings within Salisbury under the Community Asset Transfer Scheme to the Studio Theatre which includes land which is used for open space, recreation and amenity purposes:
OPEN SPACE TO THE REAR OF THE STUDIO THEATRE, ASHLEY ROAD, SALISBURY, SP2 7BZ
A plan showing the area of land being transferred is available for inspection on request during normal working hours at Wiltshire Council's offices at Bourne Hill, Salisbury. Objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing and addressed to the undersigned (using reference 19365) within two weeks from the date of this publication.
