CHESHIRE EAST BOROUGH COUNCIL NOTICE OF PROPOSAL
(Holly Grove and Pickmere Lane, Tabley) (Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire East Borough Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1, 2 and 4, and Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, ("the 1984 Act") and all other enabling powers and in accordance with its duty under Section 122 of the 1984 Act.

1. The effect of the proposed Order will be to;

i) introduce a prohibition of waiting by vehicles at all times on all days on the following lengths of road:-
Holly Grove (West Side) - From its junction with Pickmere Lane for a distance of 46 metres in a generally north westerly direction
Holly Grove (East Side) - From its junction with Pickmere Lane for a distance of 15 metres in a northerly direction
Pickmere Lane (North Side) - Between a point 17 metres west and a point 16 metres east of the centreline of its junction with Holly Grove

2. 3.
