CHESHIRE EAST BOROUGH COUNCIL NOTICE OF PROPOSAL (Crewe Road and Newcastle Road, Shavington) (Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire East Borough Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1, 2 and 4, and Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, ("the 1984 Act") and all other enabling powers and in accordance with its duty under Section 122 of the 1984 Act.

1. The effect of the proposed Order will be to introduce a prohibition of waiting by vehicles at all times on all days on the following lengths and sides of Road; Crewe Road, Shavington (west side) - from its junction with Newcastle Road for a distance of 45 metres in a northerly direction. Newcastle Road, Shavington (north side) - from a point 102 metres west of the centreline of Crewe Road in an easterly direction to its junction with Crewe Road.

2. A copy of the draft Order; map showing the restricted areas; a statement of reasons for making the Order and a copy of this public are available at;

Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire East Borough Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1, 2 and 4, and Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, ("the 1984 Act") and all other enabling powers and in accordance with its duty under Section 122 of the 1984 Act.

The effect of the proposed Order will be to introduce a prohibition of waiting by vehicles at all times on all days on the following lengths and sides of Road; Mulberry Road, Crewe (west side) - from its junction with Wistaston Green Road for a distance of 24 metres in a southerly direction. Mulberry Road, Crewe (east side) - from its junction with Wistaston Green Road for a distance of 15 metres in a southerly direction. Wistaston Green Road, Crewe (south side) - from a point 17.5 metres west of the centreline of Mulberry Road for a distance of 32 metres in an easterly direction.

Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire East Borough Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1, 2 and 4, and Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, ("the 1984 Act") and all other enabling powers and in accordance with its duty under Section 122 of the 1984 Act.

The effect of the proposed Order will be to introduce a prohibition of waiting by vehicles at all times on all days on the following lengths and sides of Road; Park Mills Close, Willaston (both sides) - from its junction with Wistaston Road for a distance of 10 metres in a westerly direction. Wistaston Road, Willaston (east side) - from a point 13 metres north of the centreline of Park Mills Close for a distance of 30 metres in a southerly direction. Wistaston Road, Willaston (west side) - from a point 13 metres north of the centreline of Park Mills Close for a distance of 34 metres in a southerly direction.
