Definitive Map and Statement Modification Order 2017
The above Order, made on 7 April 2017, if confirmed as made, will modify the definitive map and statement for the area in the parish of Stoke Abbott, in the West Dorset District by adding to them: Restricted Byway at Stoke Abbott: (To be numbered Restricted Byway 46)
From its junction with the C77 road at Higher Farm at ST 45130033, south west along a tarmac surfaced path, passing to the west of farm buildings to its junction with the proposed new Footpath (to be numbered as part of Footpath 14) at ST 45120031. Width: 11 metres at ST 45130033, narrowing to 7 metres at ST 45120031. Footpath at Stoke Abbott: (To be numbered as part of Footpath 14) From its junction with proposed Restricted Byway 46, south west of Higher Farm at ST 45120031, south west along a tarmac surfaced path, for a distance of 7.27 metres, to its junction with Footpath 14 at ST 45110030. Width: 7 metres. Limitations: Field gates at ST 45120031 and ST 45110030. A copy of the Order and the Order map may be seen free of charge at Reception, County Hall, Colliton Park, Dorchester during normal office hours. Copies of the Order and map may be bought there for £10.00. Copies are also available on our website at www.dorsetforyou.com/row-orders. Any representations about or objections to the order may be sent in writing to Phil Hobson, Senior Definitive Map Officer, Dorset Highways, Environment and the Economy Directorate, Dorset County Council, County Hall, Colliton Park, Dorchester, Dorset DT1 1XJ (Ref: RW/T471) not laterthan 18 August 2017, and applicants are requested to state the grounds on which it is made. Any letters received will be made available for public inspection. If no representations or objections are duly made to the Order, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Dorset County Council, instead of submitting the Order to the Secretary of State for the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs may itself confirm the Order. If the Order is submitted to the Secretary of State, any representations or objections which have been duly made and not withdrawn will be sent with it. Dated: 6 July 2017.
