WARRINGTON BOROUGH COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 THE DALE AND ST MARY'S ROAD, GREAT SANKEY (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING AND CLEARWAY) TEMPORARY ORDER 2017 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice, the Council intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of which will be as follows: -

Temporary Prohibition of Driving and Clearway The Dale - Entire length
St Mary's Road - From a point 50m south-west of its junction with The Dale for a distance of 100m in a north-east direction.

The Order will be effective from Monday 24th July 2017 for 4 weeks. The works will be undertaken in phases as detailed below when signed on site. Phase 1:24th July - 4th August 2017 between 8:30am-5:30pm, Monday to Saturday Phase 2:7th August -11th August 2017 between 9:30am-3:30pm, Monday to Saturday Access will be under the control of the relevant Contractor for the duration of the works. The alternative routes will be:
The Dale via Liverpool Road, Stocks Lane, Meeting Lane and vice versa St Mary's Road via Meeting Lane and vice versa The restrictions and closures are required for the realignment of culverted watercourse with associated footway and carriageway surfacing.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the council has made orders under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. VARIOUS ROADS IN GREAT SANKEY SOUTH (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING AND CLEARWAY) TEMPORARY ORDER 2017
The effect of which is:-
Temporary Prohibition of Driving and Clearway
Friars Avenue - Its entire length
Walton Avenue - From its junction with Friars Avenue for 50m
Windmill Lane - From its junction with Friars Avenue tor 50m
St Alban Road - From its junction with Friars Avenue for 50m
St Stephen Road - From its junction with Friars Avenue tor 50m
Orrell Close - Its entire length
Hale Close - Its entire length
Roby Grove - Its entire length
Morrison Close - Its entire length
Parsonage Way - Its entire length
Hawthorne Avenue - Its entire length
Brook Way - Its entire length
Brook Drive - Its entire length
The Order will be effective from Monday 17th July 2017 for 6 weeks between the hours of 8:30am- 5:30pm as and when signed on site. The alternative routes will be via Friars Avenue via Larch Avenue, Meeting Lane, Walsingham Road and St Stephen Road and vice versa. The restrictions and closures are required to undertake carriageway surfacing works.

ALDER ROOT LANE PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2017
The effect of which is to prohibit driving on Alder Root Lane from its junction with Alder Lane to the borough boundary with St. Helens. The Order will be effective on Sunday 16th July 2017 between the hours of 9am and 3pm when signed on site. The alternative routes are: Alder Root Lane (eastbound traffic) via Hollins Lane, Newton Road, Mill Lane, Church Street, High Street, Crow Lane East and vice versa Alder Root Lane (westbound traffic) via Alder Lane, Fir Tree Lane, Lumber Lane, Collins Green Lane, Penkford Lane, Pennington Lane, Common Road, Crow Lane West, Crow Lane East and vice versa. The closure is required to facilitate bridge examination works. Ref: HIGH/1769

MOULDERS LANE (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2017
The effect of which is to prohibit driving on Moulders Lane from its junction with Bank Street for a distance of approximately 85m in a westerly direction. The Order will be effective on Monday 10th July 2017 for 7 weeks and the works will be undertaken in phases as detailed below.
Phase 1: Monday to Thursday for 24 hours when signed on site for week 1 and 2 of the closure.
Phase 2: Saturday and Sundays only when signed on site tor weeks 3,4,5,6 and 7 of the closure.
The alternative route is Moulders Lane via Academy Way, Moulders Lane and vice versa. The closure is required to undertake various construction works associated with the Time Square development, including carriageway, surfacing, traffic signal installation, draining, kerbing and ducting works.

WARRINGTON BOROUGH COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 THE BOROUGH OF WARRINGTON (OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES) (CIVIL ENFORCEMENT) CONSOLIDATION (AMENDMENT NO. 7) ORDER 2017
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council made an Order on 4th July 2017 under Sections 1,2,4,32,35 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers. The effect of the Order is The Borough of Warrington (Off-Street Parking Places)(Civil Enforcement) Consolidation Order 2008, is hereby further varied or amended as detailed in the Schedule below. The Order will be effective from 10th July 2017. A copy of the Order and Statement of the Council's Reasons for making the Order, together with plans of the restricted areas, may be examined at the Legal Services Section, Quattro Building, New Town House, Buttermarket Street, Warrington, during the usual office hours Monday to Friday. Any person who wishes to question the validity of the order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks from 4th July 2017, apply to the High Court tor this purpose.
