The University is considering the refurbishment of 25 Wellington Square, at the corner with Little Clarendon Street and Walton Street. The building is currently occupied for retail purposes on the ground floor, and graduate accommodation on the upper floors. The University is looking to progress works to upgrade the interior and associated services, and also to address the environmental performance of the building. We would like to invite you to our public consultation sessions to enable you to review and comment on the evolving design proposals. These sessions will provide an opportunity to meet members of the University and our team of consultants as well as to give your feedback. The public consultation sessions are taking place as follows:
Date / Time:
Day 1: Friday 14 July 2017 between 4.00pm and 7.00pm
Day 2: Saturday 15 July 2017 between 10.00am and 12.00pm
Venue: St Luke's Chapel, Radcliffe Observatory Quarter (ROQ),
Woodstock Road, Oxford, OX2 6GG.
The nearest public car park to St Luke's Chapel is Gloucester Green. We welcome feedback on the proposals and a hardcopy feedback form will be available at the consultation sessions and an online version will follow on the University's website together with an electronic version of the display information. The University will review all feedback and will take it into account before designs are developed further. If you have any queries regarding the event please do not hesitate to contact the University at the following email address: public.consultation@admin.ox.ac.uk. We look forward to meeting you in July.
