We, MBE Limited have applied to The City Of York Council for a variation of a premises Licence. For the provision of:- To include two additional fields and the barn and courtyard At: Villa Farm, Wigginton Road, York, YO32 2RH. Any person or responsible authorities wishing to oppose the application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Section Hazel Court, EcoDepot, James Street, York, YO10 3DS. Where the application may be inspected during normal office hours Monday - Friday between 8.30am and 5.00pm. Representations must be received by no later than 25th July 2017. It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5,000), under section 158 of the licensing act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
