TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF BFA/30 FAIRFORD COTSWOLD DISTRICT
NOTICE is hereby given that Gloucestershire County Council have made an Order to close temporarily under Sections 14, 15 and 16 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 (as amended) Public Footpath BFA/30 from its junction with Cinder Lane and running in a generally south easterly direction for approximately 215 metres to its junction
with Public Footpath BFA/33
The closure is necessary for the installation of a new sewer The Order will come into force on the 29th June 2017 and it is anticipated that the public right of way will close on that day until 15th September 2017 However should it be necessary to continue the closure for longer than this period the Order can authorise the closure for up to six months. After this date if the closure is still required it wil be necessary to apply to the Secretary of State for an extension of time The alternative route is along existing public footpaths BFA/30 and
BFA/31 via East End.
