CHIPPING RD TEMPORARY CLOSURE
THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF BOLTON ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTIONS 14(1) AND 16(1) THE BOLTON (CHIPPING ROAD, BOLTON) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) (NO.104) ORDER 2017 The Borough Council of Bolton intends to make an Order not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, the effect of which, being operative from 26 July 2017, will be to prohibit all vehicular traffic from entering, stopping, standing, waiting, loading, unloading or otherwise remaining at rest in Chipping Road (outside No.48). Alternative route will be via Gisburn Ave, Montserrat Rd, Lightbounds Rd and Worston Ave. The Order is necessary due to water mains repair works which will last for approximately 1 day and will cease to have effect 18 months from its operative date or on completion of the works whichever first occurs.
