ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL
KEIGHLEY ROAD CULLINGWORTH BRADFORD TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO 710) ORDER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason to enable telecoms works proposed to be executed on or near Keighley Road, Cullingworth intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in the length of Keighley Road, Cullingworth from its junction with Bingley Road to its junction with Weavers Lane.
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to emergency vehicles and vehicles being used in connection with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of road.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the proposed Order will be available via Keighley Road (unaffected section), Ryecroft Road, Hill End Lane, Bingley Road and vice versa.
The proposed Order will come into effect on 12th July 2017 and remain in force until 15th July 2017 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary).
