ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice, the Council intends to make Orders under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
MOULDERS LANE (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2017
The effect of which will be to introduce a prohibition of driving on Moulders Lane from its junction with Bank Street for a distance of approximately 85m in a westerly direction.
The Order will be effective on Monday 10th July 2017 for 7 weeks and the works will be undertaken in phases as detailed below.
Phase 1: Monday to Thursday for 24 hours when signed on site for week 1 and 2 of the closure. Phase 2: Saturday and Sundays only when signed on site for weeks 3,4,5,6 and 7 of the closure. The alternative route is Moulders Lane via Academy Way, Moulders Lane and vice versa. The closure is required to undertake various construction works associated with the Time Square development, including carriageway, surfacing, traffic signal installation, draining, kerbing and ducting works. WHITBARROW ROAD AND ADJACENT STREETS. LYMM (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING AND CLEARWAY) TEMPORARY ORDER 2017
The effect of which will be as follows:-Temporary Prohibition of Driving and Clearway Whitbarrow Road - Its entire length
Brookfield Road - From its junction with Davies Way to its junction with Whitbarrow Road Bridgewater Street - Its entire length
Dane Bank Road - From its junction with Whitbarrow Road to its junction with Lymmhay Lane
The Order will be effective from Monday 24th July 2017 for 12 weeks between the hours of 8:30am -
5:30pm for all phases and between the hours of 7pm - midnight for phase 3 when signed on site. Works
are to undertaken in phases as detailed below.
Phase 1: Whitbarrow Road from Warrington Road to Brookfield Road
Phase 2: Brookfield Road from Maltmans Road to Whitbarrow Road
Phase 3: Whitbarrow Road/Bridgewater Street from Brookfield Road to Eagle Brow
Phase 4: Danebank Road from Whitbarrow Road to Lymmhay Lane
The alternative routes will be:
Phase 1: Whitbarrow Road via Warrington Road, A56 Stockport Road, A56 Camsley Lane, A56 Booths Hill Road, A6144 Eagle Brow and Brookfield Road and vice versa
Phase 2: Brookfield Road via A6144 Eagle Brow, A56 Booths Hill Road, A56 Camsley Lane, A56 Stockport Road and Warrington Road and vice versa, or Dane Bank Road, Dane Bank Road East, A6144 New Road, A6144 Eagle Brow and Brookfield Road and vice versa
Phase 3: Whitbarrow Road/Brldgewater Street via Brookfield Road and A6144 Eagle Brow and vice versa, or Dane Bank Road, Dane Bank Road East, A6144 New Road and A6144 Eagle Brow and vice versa Phase 4: Dane Bank Road via Brookfield Road, A6144 Eagle Brow, A6144 New Road and Dane Bank Road East and vice versa
The restrictions and closures are required to undertake carriageway surfacing. Ref: HIGH/1755

CHURCH LANE. GRAPPENHALL (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING AND CLEARWAY) TEMPORARY ORDER 2017
The effect of which will be to introduce a prohibition of driving and clearway on Church Lane from its junction with Broad Lane to its junction with Glebe Avenue.
The Order will be effective from Monday 24th July 2017 for 7 weeks between the hours of 8:30am -5:30pm Monday to Saturday when signed on site.
The alternative route is Church Lane via Church Lane, A56 Chester Road, A50 Knutsford Road and Bellhouse Lane and vice versa or via Broad Lane, Grappenhall Lane, A50 Cliff Lane, A50 Knutsford Road and Bellhouse Lane and vice versa.
The closure is required to continue the works to the Heritage Area, reconstructing and relaying cobbled road surface, including work to improve drainage. Ref: HIGH/1756

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the council has made orders under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
ELLESMERE ROAD AND ADJACENT STREETS. WARRINGTON (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING AND CLEARWAY) TEMPORARY ORDER 2017
The effect of which is:-
Temporary Prohibition of Driving and Clearway Ellesmere Road - From Hill Cliffe Road to Francis Road.
Stetchworth Road - From its junction with Ellesmere Road to its junction with Worsley Road.
Osborne Road - From its junction with Ellesmere Road to its junction with Worsley Road.
Walton Heath Road - From its junction with Ellesmere Road to its junction with Worsley Road.
The Order will be effective from Monday 3rd July 2017 for 5 weeks between the hours of 9.30am - 3.30pm
as and when signed on site.
The alternative route will be Ellesmere Road via A5060 Chester Road, A56 Walton New Road, West Avenue and Francis Road and vice versa.
The restrictions and closures are required to undertake carriageway surfacing works. Ref: HIGH/1740
ACADEMY STREET & MERSEY STREET (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING & FOOTWAY CLOSURE) TEMPORARY ORDER 2017
The effect of which is:-Prohibition of Driving:
Academy Street (south east bound traffic only) from its junction with Academy Way to its junction with Mersey Street.
Mersey Street from its junction with Church Street roundabout to its junction with Warrington New Bridge. Footway Closure: Mersey Street from its junction with Hall Street for a distance of approximately 205 metres in a southerly direction.
The Order will be effective from Monday 3rd July 2017 for 8 weeks for 24 hour period for the restrictions relating to Academy Street and between the hours of 7:00pm - 7:00am in respect of the restrictions relating to Mersey Street when signed on site. Access will be under the relevant Contractor for the duration of the works.
The alternative routes are:-
Academy Street via Mersey Street, Church Street roundabout, Dial Street, Buttermarket Street, Academy Street.
Mersey Street westbound traffic via Church Street roundabout, Fennel Street, Brick Street, Midland Way, Froghall Lane, Priestley Street, Liverpool Road, Parker Street, Wilson Patten Street, Bridge Foot, Mersey Street.
Mersey Street eastbound traffic via Mersey Street, Warrington new Bridge, Knutsford Road, Thelwall
Lane, Kingsway South, Kingsway North, Manchester Road, Brick Street, Fennel Street.
The closure is required to undertake various construction works associated with the Time Square
development.

WARRINGTON BOROUGH COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 THE BOROUGH OF WARRINGTON (TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT) (CIVIL ENFORCEMENT) CONSOLIDATION (AMENDMENT NO. 19) ORDER 2017 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council has made an Order under Sections 1, 2, 4 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers on 27th June 2017. The effect of the Order will be as follows:-
1. The Borough of Warrington (Traffic Management) (Civil Enforcement) Consolidation Order 2016, is hereby further varied or amended as follows: -

Fairfield and Howley 24 metres. (Both Sides)
(c) In the Third Schedule by the addition of:-

St. Katherines Way From a point 76 metres south of its junction with College Close for a distance of

(South East Side) 54 metres in a south westerly direction.

St. Katherines Way From a point 86 metres south of its junction with College Close for a distance of

NO STOPPING ON SCHOOL ENTRANCE MARKINGS BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 8:00AM TO 5:00PM. MONDAY TO FRIDAY
St. Katherines Way From a point 47 metres north west of its junction with Farrell Street for a (North Side) distance of 37.56 metres in a westerly direction.

The Order will be effective from Monday 3rd July 2017.
A copy of the Order and Statement of the Council's Reason for making the Order, together with a plan of the restricted areas, may be examined at the Legal Services Section, Quattro Building, New Town House, Buttermarket Street, Warrington, during the usual office hours Monday to Friday. Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks from 27th June 2017, apply to the High Court for this purpose. WARRINGTON BOROUGH COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 THE BOROUGH OF WARRINGTON (ST. KATHERINES WAY) (ONE-WAY) ORDER 2017 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council has made an Order under Sections 1, 2, and 4 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers on 27th June 2017. The effect of the Order is to prohibit all motor vehicles from proceeding along the length of road specified in Column 1 of the Schedule in any direction other than that specified in Column 2 of the said Schedule. The Order will be effective from Monday 3rd July 2017.
A copy of the Order and Statement of the Council's Reason for making the Order, together with a plan of the restricted area, may be examined at the Legal Services Section, Quattro Building, New Town House, Buttermarket Street, Warrington, during the usual office hours Monday to Friday.
