Application Number 2017/30638 Proposal: Change of Use - Proposed sub-division of existing A5 unit, to create separate first floor residential unit, with a new access from front elevation Location: 67, Bridge Street, Sewsey And Whitecross, Warrington, WA1 2HJ Applicant: Mr Nairn Aziz
The Council has the above proposal under consideration and is required to give notice of it as required by Section 67 of the Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as the proposal affects the setting of a Listed Building
The application may be inspected on-line at www. warrington.gov.uk Or at Warrington Borough Council Customer Contact Centre, 26 - 30 Horsemarket Street, Warrington, WA11XL between the hours of 9.00-17.00 Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & 9.00-16.00 on a Tuesday.

Any correspondence received will be open to public inspection or referred to in meetings open to the public.
