Notice is hereby given that we; Lewis's Home Retail Ltd, have applied on 26th June 2017 to Bury Metropolitan Borough Council for a Premises Licence for TJ Hughes, 11A Mill Gate Shopping Centre, Union Arcade, Bury, Lancs, BL9 0QF to
allow the sale and supply of alcohol between the
following hours:
Monday to Saturday 09-00 to 17:30 Sunday 10:30 to 16:30

During Peak trading (Christmas) the store may have extended opening & closing times 08:00 to 21:00. Peak trading is between 1st November to 31st December.
Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing
to the Licensing Unit Manager, 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury, BL9 0EJ. For any representation
to be considered it must be received within 28
days from the date of the application.
A full copy of this application may be viewed at
the above offices between 10.00am and 4.00pm,
Monday to Friday.
