We ABFS Wines Ltd do hereby give notice that We have applied to the Licensing Authority at Stockton on Tees Borough Council for the Grant of a Premises Licence for 77A High Street, Yarm, TS15 9BG, to be traded as 14 Drops. The Licensing activities will be for the sale by retail and supply for consumption of alcohol. Representations must be made by the 20th July 2017 Interested parties or responsible authorities wishing to oppose the application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Service, Stockton on Tees Borough Council, Municipal Buildings, Church Road, Stockton on Tees. TS18 1LD. It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale, under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) at the offices of Stockton on Tees Borough Council, Licensing Service, Municipal Buildings, Church Road, Stockton on Tees.
