Notice is hereby given that Michelle McLean has applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises knows as 5 NEW Elvet Durham DH1 3AQ. For the grant of a premises licence to permit the following proposed licensable activities:- Sale by retail of alcohol (off sales) Monday to Saturday inclusive between 9.00 – 18.30 hours A record of this application may be inspected at the Councils offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham Dh7 8RS on weekdays between 9.30am and 4.00pm. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
