Notice is hereby given that I, Circle Leasing Limited have applied on 23rd June 2017 to Bury Council for a Premises Licence for The Barracks Coffee House, 400 Bolton Road, Bury, Lancashire, BL8 2DA to allow the sale/ supply of alcohol between the following hours: Monday to Sunday: 08.00 - 21.00, Public Holidays: 08.00 - 21.00 and to allow the holding of Regulated Entertainment to include:- Playing of recorded sound between the following hours: Monday to Sunday: 08.00-21.00, Public Holidays: 08.00-21.00.
Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Unit Manager, Level 2, 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury BL9 0EJ. For any representation to be considered it must be received within 28 days from the date of the application.
A full copy of this application may be viewed at the above offices between 9.30 am and 4.00 pm Monday to Friday. IT IS AN OFFENCE, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for which you may be liable to a fine of up to £5000 on summary conviction.
