We, NYC Partnership LTD do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at Darlington Borough Council for the Grant of a Premises Licence at Unit 10, Feethams Lesuire, Feethams Darlington DL1 5AD and known as: NYC Bar & Grill. The application is to: Permit the sale of alcohol on the premises and playing of recorded music: Sale of alcohol 10:00 to 23:00hrs each day. Recorded music 09:00 to 23:00hrs each day. Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Section, Darlington Borough Council, Town Hall, Feethams, Darlington DL1 5QT. Representations may be made until 12thJuly 2017. A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is kept by The Licensing Section, Darlington Borough Council, Town Hall, Feethams, Darlington DL1 5QT. The application can be viewed Monday to Thursday between 09:00 and 17:00 and Friday 09:00 to 16:30 except bank holidays. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
