Notice under Article 13 of Application for Planning Permission Proposed development at The Storage Yard, Rudds Hill, Ferryhill Station, DL17 0AQ, Co Durham. Mr David Cowell t/a CD Caravan Breakers has applied for planning permission for a change of use at the above site within the development is a parcel of land known as the vehicular access road from High Street to the entrance of the storage yard.
