PUBLIC NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that an application was made to Stockton on Tees Borough Council to vary a premises licence under the above Act on the 9th June 2017. Applicant: Motor Fuel Ltd. Address of premises: Convenience Store, Mandale Service Station, Mandale Road, Thornaby, Stockton on Tees TS17 6AF. Proposed variations to the licensable activities: Extend the hours for the sale of alcohol. Proposed days and hours of licensable activity: Every day. Alcohol sales 00.00 to 24.00. The postal address of the Licensing Authority where the register is kept and the application may be inspected is: *Stockton on Tees Borough Council, Licensing Service, Municipal Buildings, Church Road, Stockton on Tees TS18 1LD. Any person wishing to make representations on this matter shall give notice, in writing, stating the nature and grounds for making such representations to The Licensing Officer at the above address* within 28 days of the date of this notice – by the 7th July 2017.
