We, Brymor Ltd do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at Richmondshire District Council for the Grant of a Premises Licence at Brymor,High Jervaulx Farm, Masham HG4 4PG and known as: Brymor Dairy The application is to: Permit the sale of alcohol on the premises: 1100 to 1800hrs Monday to Sunday. Interested parties or responsible authorities wishing to make representations on the application must give notice in writing to the Licensing Section, Richmondshire District Council, Mercury House, Station Road, Richmond DL10 4JX by 18 July 2017. The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) at the Licensing Offices at the above address between the hours of 9:00 to 16:00 or on the worldwide web at www.richmondshire.gov.uk. It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to Level 5 on the standard scale,under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application DATED 20 June 2017
