(SHEAR BROW AREA, BLACKBURN) (RESIDENTS' PARKING, LIMITED WAITING AND PAY & DISPLAY EXPANSION) ORDER 2017
NOTICE is hereby given that the Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council has made the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), the effect of which will be to consolidate and expand residents' parking or a combination of residents' parking with limited waiting periods or pay and display parking and associated revocations as described in Schedules 1 to 7.
The usual exemptions will apply. Any queries concerning the proposals should be made by phoning Capita on 01254273515.
Copies of the Orders, and relevant plans, which will come into effect on 1 July 2017 and may be examined at the Information Desks, Town Hall, Blackburn and Town Hall, Darwen on Monto Fri inclusive between the hours of 10am & 4pm (excluding Bank Holidays).
Any person wishing to question the validity of the Orders, or any provision therein, on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the said Act (as amended), or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks from 29 June 2017 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
