I Neal Curry Do hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority at Darlington Borough Council for the Variation of a Premises Licence at 16 Grange Road, Darlington. DL1 5NG and known as:Prego The application is to: Extend the area for licensable activities to include the upstairs area of 20-22 Grange Road. Amend the plan of the premises to include the extended area and new staircase. Interested parties or responsible authorities wishing to make representations on the application must give notice in writing to The Licensing & Parking Manager, Town Hall, Darlington. DL1 5QT by 14 July 2017. The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) at the Licensing Offices at the above address between the hours of 9.00am to 4.00pm or on the worldwide web at It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
