Rossendale Borough Council Report of Local Government Ombudsman
The Local Government Ombudsman has issued a report following her investigation of a complaint against Rossendale Borough Council. The complaint was about Environmental Services and Public Protection and Regulation matter. The Ombudsman found that there had been fault on the part of the Council, and this had caused injustice to the complainant. The Council must now consider the report and tell the Ombudsman within three months (or such longer period as he may agree) what it proposes to do. Copies of the report will be available for public inspection during normal office hours at The One Stop Shop, Futures Park, Bacup OL13 0BB for three weeks starting on 23rd June 2017. Anyone is entitled to take copies of the reportor extracts from it. Copies will be supplied at a reasonable charge. Stuart Sugarman Chief Executive
