THE BOLTON (REGULATION OF WAITING, LOADING AND UNLOADING) (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2015 (KNOWSLEY STREET/MARSDEN ROAD/GAS STREET, BOLTON) (AMENDMENT) (NO.) ORDER 2017
The Council proposes to make an Order underthe Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, its effect
will be as follows:-

Knowsley Street - west side - From a point 27 metres north of its intersection with the extended northern kerbline of Palatine Street to a point 42 metres north of its intersection with the extended northern kerbline of Palatine Street.
Knowsley Street - west side - From a point 59 metres south of its intersection with the extended southern kerbline of Bark Street to a point 74 metres south of the intersection with the extended southern kerbline of Bark Street.
Knowsley Street - west side - From a point 9 metres south of its intersection with the extended southern kerbline of Bark Street to a point 20 metres south of the intersection with the extended southern kerbline of Bark Street.
Knowsley Street - east side - From a point 10 metres south of its intersection of the extended southern building line of Corporation Street for a distance of 14 metres in a southerly Direction. No Waiting At Any Time
Gas Street - south side - From its junction with Cromwell Street in an easterly direction to a point 20
metres east of its intersection with the extended eastern kerbline of Lydbrook Close
Gas Street - south side - From a point 60 metres east of its intersection with the extended eastern
kerbline of Lydbrook Close to its junction with the access road to Paderborn Court
Marsden Road - west side - From its intersection with the extended northern kerbline of Spa Road
for a distance of 27 metres in a northerly direction

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14(1)
THE BOLTON (RESTRICTED BYWAY NO.288 BOLTON) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) (NO.26) ORDER 2017
The Borough Council of Bolton has made an Order, which will be operative on 25th June 2017.
The effect will be to prohibit both vehicular and pedestrian traffic from entering, proceeding or waiting on Restricted Byway No.288 Bolton commencing from a point to the south west of Aspinall Way, Horwich; point A at grid reference SD 364124 409321 in a generally south-south westerly direction to point B at grid reference SD 364112 409298 as shown by the bold black line on the Order plan 1Bol288 over a total distance of approximately 24 metres.
An alternative route is available commencing from Public Footpath Bolton 509; point A at grid reference 364124 409321, then Arena Approach, Public Footpath Bolton 285, Public Footpath Bolton 501 and Public Footpath Bolton 289; point Bat grid reference SD 364112 409298 as shown by the blue line with arrowheads on the Order plan 1Bol288.
The closure is necessary to facilitate essential bridge maintenance.
The Order will be operative from 25th June 2017 until 12th July 2017, or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier.
