Public Notice of Continuation
The County of Herefordshire District Council, known as Herefordshire Council, made the HEREFORDSHIRE COUNCIL PUBLIC FOOTPATH LX2 (PART), LEINTWARDINE (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2013, temporarily closing Public Footpath LX2, at OS Grid Reference SO 393,747. The closure is required because of the likelihood of danger to the public caused by an unsafe footbridge. There is no alternative route. A copy of the order and plan may be seen on the Council’s website on www.herefordshire.gov.uk The Order continues in force from 27 June 2017 for a period not exceeding 12 months (unless extended by the Secretary of State) or until any said works have been completed, (whichever is earlier), or until determined by Herefordshire Council.
