The following applications have been received by the Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts:
A/17/84108/OUTMAJ Notice Is hereby given that an application has been made to Wigan Council for the above works which the Council considers would affect the setting of a listed building. Land North Of Garrett Lane East Of Garrett Hall West Of Mosley Common Road And South Of The Guided Busway Outline Application for residential development of up to 319 dwellings and associated landscape works; including provision of public open space (all matters reserved except for access). A/17/84108/OUTMAJ The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the Development Plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated. The proposed development affects a Public Right of Way.
