NOTICE is hereby given that I, Peter Terry have applied on 12th June 2017 to Cheshire East Council in respect of the premises known as Craft Ale Bar, Castle Street, Nantwich, Cheshire, CW5 5BA for a Premise Licence to provide the following licensable activities:

- Provision Of Live Music, Recorded Music and Supply Of Alcohol Monday to Sunday 10:00 - 22:00
- Opening Hours Monday to Sunday 10:00 - 22:30

Any person wishing to make representation in relation to this application may do so in writing by 10th July 2017 to: The Licensing Section, Municipal Buildings, Earle Street, Crewe, CW1 2BJ The application may be inspected at the Licensing Section of Cheshire East Borough Council at the address above by prior appointment during normal office hours. It Is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is, unlimited.
