Notice is hereby given that I, Bola shodipe have applied to Bury Council for a Premises Licence for Britannia Mill Unit 12B Cobden Street, Bury BL9 6AW to allow the sale / supply of alcohol between the following hours: 11.00 - 05.30 *and to allow the holding of Regulated Entertainment to include: - "Live performers, "Playing of recorded sound, "Other forms of live dance, between the following hours: (provide days and operating hours to include bank holidays) Monday - Sunday 11.00 - 05.30, Public Holidays 11.00 - 05.30
Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Unit Manager, Level 2, 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury, BL9 0EJ. For any representation to be considered it must be received within 28 days from the date of the application.
A full copy of this application may be viewed at the above offices between 9.30am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday.
