Herefordshire Council Notice of Making
NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, under its relevant powers, have made the U65623 Greenhill, Cradley, Temporary Closure Order 2017 to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the following road: U65623 Greenhill outside Upper House OS Grid Ref: 372485 / 248089. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via the C1140 onto the U65624 Nupend Lane onto the U65622 The Barrow and vice versa. The said closure is required due to essential tree cutting to keep power lines clear and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 19th June 2017 and may remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months, (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State), but the works are expected to be completed within 1 day.
