The effect of the Order is to authorise the weekday overnight closure of:-

d) the roads leading to and from the clockwise carriageway of the M25 at Junction 17 (A405); and
e) the roads leading to and from both carriageways of the M25 at Junction 18 (A404).
These measures are in the interests of road safety while contractors undertake Advanced Motorway Indicator (AMI) sign repairs. It is expected that the work will last for approximately 3 weeks starting on or after Monday 10th July 2017. The overnight closures will take place between the following times (maximum period); Monday-Thursday 22:00-05:30
Friday 23:00-06:00
The Order will come into force on 8 July 2017 and have a maximum duration of eighteen months. Traffic affected by the closures will be directed to leave the carriageway and re-join, or diverted via other junctions of the M25, M40, and using the A41. The diversion in operation will vary according to the closures in force. The temporary closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs when they are in operation during the works period.
