Order made: to close that part of Lower Kingsford
Lane, Wolverley from its junction with C2016 Kingsford Laneto its junction with Castle Hill in orderto facilitate Severn Trent works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises
fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: Lower Kingsford Lane, C2015 Sladd Lane, C2016 Kingsford Lane and vice versa.

(Footpath BW-552, Bewdley)(Temporary Closure
Order) 2017
Order made: to close Footpath BW-552, Bewdley from its junction with Grey Green Lane to its junction
with Springhill Rise in order to facilitate new build construction works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary
works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: Grey Green Lane, Link Footpath
F105200, Damson Way, Springhill Rise and vice versa The proposed Order will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 months or until the works which it is
proposed to be carried out have been completed, whichever is the earlier However, it is anticipated that the Order will only be operative for 6 months
commencing on 30 June 2017.
(A451 Minster Road (northbound), Stourport on Severn)(Temporary 30MPH Speed Limit) Order 2017
Order made: to impose a temporary 30 mph speed
limit on that part of A451 Minster Road (northbound),
Stourport on Severn from its junction with Kingsway to its junction with Walter Nash Road West in order to facilitate Western Power works.
Exemptions: Special Forces vehicles.
Maximum duration: 18 Months Anticipated duration:
3 days. Commencing 3 July 2017.
(Kingsway, Stourport on Severn)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017
Proposed Order: to close that part of Kingsway, Stourport on Severn from its junction with Minster Road to its junction with Torridon Close in order to
facilitate water pipeline works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises
fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: Kingsway, Burlish Crossing, B4195
Bewdley Road North, B4195 Bewdley Road, B4195
Worcester Street and vice versa.

(St Johns Road, Stourport on Severn)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017
Proposed Order: to close that part of St Johns Road, Stourport on Severn from its junction with A451 Minster Road to its junction with Manor Road in order
to facilitate carriageway resurfacing works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises
fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: Manor Road and A451 Minster Road.

Proposed Order: to close that part of Coniston Crescent, Stourport on Severn from its junction with

(entire length), in order to facilitate carriageway
resurfacing works.

Closure) Order 2017
Proposed Order: to close that part of Cathedral
Avenue, Kidderminster from itsjunction with Canterbury
Road to its junction with Holmwood Avenue in order
to facilitate Severn Trent works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: Canterbury Avenue, Holmwood Avenue and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:
3 days Commencing: 24 July 2017.
(C2182 Lea Lane, Cookley)(Temporary Closure)
Order 2017
Proposed Order: to close that part of C2182 Lea Lane,
Cookley from its junction with C2283 Castle Road for
a distance of 403 metres in a south westerly direction in order to facilitate Severn Trent works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: and vice versa.

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) Worcestershire County Council (Wyre Forest District - Kidderminster area) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2007 (Variation) Order 2017 [Prohibition of Waiting on Medal Close and Hurcott Road, Kidderminster] Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of roads in Kidderminster-Medal Close (east side) from its junction with Hurcott Road for a distance of 6.9 metres in a north westerly direction; (west side) from a point 4.2 metres from its junction with Hurcott Road for a distance of 3.9 metres in a north westerly direction.

Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following length and side of road in Stourport on Severn:-:
Severn Road (west side) from its junction with Waters
Edge for a distance of 16 metres in a north easterly
direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order
(which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons vehicles. A copy of the draft Order, relevant plan and Statement

Consolidation Order 2007 (Variation) Order 2017
[Waiting Restrictions on Load Street, Bewdley]
On 15 June 2017 Worcestershire County Council made
an Order the effect of which will be to regularise the
parking restrictions as currently marked on the ground on Load Street, Bewdley as follows:-(north side - north of St Anne's Church) Create a disabled person' parking place from a point 49.6 metres
east of its junction with Dowles Road for a distance of 5.7 metres in an easterly direction. Limit waiting
30 minutes no return within 1 hour 7am - 7pm from a point 55.3 metres east of its junction with Dowles Road for a distance of 10.4 metres in an easterly
direction. Prohibit waiting at any time from a point
65.7 metres east of its junction with Dowles Road for a distance of 32 metres in an easterly direction. Limit waiting 30 minutes no return within 30 minutes from a point 97.7 metres east of its junction with Dowles Road for a distance of 12 metres in an easterly direction. (North east side - west of St Anne's Church) Limit
waiting 7am - 7pm 30 minutes no return within
1 hour from a point 8.0 metres south east of its junction with Park Lane for a distance of 11.3 metres in a northerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order
(which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles. The Order will come into operation on 6 July 2017.
A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected at

The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by
application to the High Court within 6 weeks from

Proposed Order: to close that part of Neville Avenue,
Kidderminster from its junction with Northumberland
Avenue to its junction with Beauchamp Avenue in order to facilitate carriageway works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: Northumberland Avenue, Blount Terrace, Beauchamp Avenue and vice versa.
