Notice is hereby given that Michael Ian Hales Limited intends to apply for a variation of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as the Butlers Arms, Pleasington Lane, Pleasington, Blackburn BB2 5JH. The variation proposed is as follows: Application is made to amend the Licensing plan in accordance with the plans dated April 2017 which accompany this application. A copy of the Application can be inspected at the offices of Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council, Public Protection Service (Licensing) Room 304, Floor 3, Old Town Hall, Blackburn BBI 7DY www.blackburn.gov.uk during normal office hours. This application was lodged with Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council on 15/06/2017 and any representations must be made in writing to Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council Licensing Authority at the above address by 13/07/2017. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
