In the estate of Eileen Mary Wright deceased Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act, 1925
That any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Eileen Mary Wright deceased late of 73 Barringtons, 10 Sutton Road, Southend on Sea, Essex SS2 5NB who died on 7th February 2017 is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest to the undersigned the Solicitors for the Executors before the 25th August 2017after which date the Executors will distribute the estate among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interest of which they have had notice and will not as respects the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim or interest they shall not then have notice.
