Notice ID: HV4056438Notice is hereby given that Punch Taverns Plc has applied in respect of the Three Mariners St. Georges Street Tenby SA70 7JB for a variation to the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for : Licensable hours - Indoor sporting events, plays and live music hours are to be extended as follows: Monday to Sunday from 10:00h until 00:00h - Recorded music hours are to be extended as follows: Monday to Sunday from 10:00h until 00:30h - Sale of alcohol hours are to be extended as follows: Monday to Saturday from 10:00h until 01:00h - Late night refreshment hours to be extended as follows: Monday to Sunday from 23:00h until 01:30h -The opening hours to be extended as follows: Monday to Sunday from 07:30h until 01:30h - Add the following nonstandard timing to the sale of alcohol and opening hours permissions: "During live televised presentation of Rugby Union internationals involving the British and Irish Lions or home nations from 30 minutes before the scheduled start/kick off time of the match and until the normal commence of alcohol hours." Conditions As a result of the above changes, the application also seeks to amend the premises licence conditions, in order to bring them in line with the intended operation of the premises. Representations to this application must be made in writing, by the end of 24 July 2017, to the Pembrokeshire County Council licensing Authority at County Hall, Haverfordwest, SA61 1TP where the register of licensing applications can be inspected during office hours.
