Re: the Estate of the Late Rita Mary Moore late of 18 Henson Street Newport NP19 0HN
Date of Death 08.03.2017 PURSUANT to the Trustee Act 1925 any persons having a claim against or interest in the estate of the aforementioned deceased late of 18 Henson Street Newport NP19 0HN who died on 8th March 2017 are required to send particulars in writing to the undersigned Solicitors on or before the 9th August 2017 after which date the said Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands they have not had notice.
