Mutiny in the Park Limited is applying for the new grant of a Premises Licence for Oktoberfest Watford, West Herts Sports Ground, Park Ave, Watford. Mutiny in the Park Limited are applying for a Premises Licence to operate for two days per year during one Friday & one Saturday in October of each year. If granted, the application will allow the following licensable activities to take place: Sale of Alcohol 12:00hrs - 23:00hrs, Exhibition of Rims 12:00hrs - 23:00hrs, Performance of Live Music 12:00hrs - 23:00hrs, Playing of Recorded Music 12:00hrs - 23:00hrs, Performance of Dance 12:00hrs -23:00hrs, Hours open to the public 12:00hrs - 23:30hrs. Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so in writing to: Watford Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Watford, WD17 3EX, Tel: 01923 278476, Fax: 01923 278627, Email: licensing@watford.gov.uk. Representations may be made for 28 consecutive days from the date of this notice. A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is kept by the Licensing Authority at the above address. The application can be viewed Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm, and 9am to 4:45pm on Fridays, except Bank Holidays. It is an offence to make a false statement in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary of conviction to a fine of any amount.
