NOTICE of APPLICATION TO VARY A CLUB PREMISES CERTIFICATE
Evergreen Football Club Has applied to the Licensing Authority of Three Rivers District Council, *to vary Club Premises Certificate at- Southway Playing Fields, Southway, Abbots Langley, Herts, WD5 OJL. If granted it will allow the following activities:- Sale of alcohol in the clubhouse extension during the opening hours of the premises under the current club premises certificate. REPRESENTATIONS regarding this application must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority by no later than:- 13th July 2017 (This is 28 days starting from the day after the date application given to Licensing Authority). UNDER SECTION 158 LICENSING ACT 2003 IT IS AN OFFENCE TO KNOWINGLY OR RECKLESSLY MAKE A FALSE STATEMENT IN CONNECTION WITH AN APPLICATION. THE MAXIMUM FINE ON SUMMARY CONVICTION FOR THIS OFFENCE IS UNLIMITED.
