NOTICE is given thatthe Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using thatlength of Station Approach, SouthOxhey from apoint 46 metres north east of its southernmost junction with B4542 Prestwick Road north eastwards, north westwards and south westwards for adistance of approximately 46 metres ("the Road"), except for access. An alternative route will be via Station Approach, B4542 Prestwick Road and Station Approach. The Order is needed because carriageway construction works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road. The Order has been made and shall come into force on 26 June 2017 for aperiod of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARY CLOSING AND TEMPORARY WAITING RESTRICTIONS IN A41 NORTH WESTERN AVENUE, WATFORD)ORDER 2017
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14[1] of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using that length of A41 North Western Avenue, Watford from its junction with the A405 North Orbital Road/High Road roundabout south eastwards to its junction with the Dome roundabout ("the Road"), adistance of approximately 1375 metres.
An alternative route will be via A405 North Orbital Road and A412 St Albans Road. ADDITIONALLYall vehicles are prohibited from waiting at anytime on both sides of this length of the Road whilst works are in progress.
The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road. The Order has been made and shall come into force on 26 June 2017 for aperiod of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

NOTICE is given thatthe Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads") and to prohibit all vehicles from waiting at anytime on both sides of these lengths of Roads whilst works are in progress:-

1. that length of A4145 Tolpits Lane, Rickmansworth/A4145 (Tolpits Lane/Hagden Lane/Vicarage Road), Watford from its junction with the Dwight Road roundabout north eastwards, north westwards and north eastwards to its junction with A4178 Fearnley Street, adistance of approximately 2765 metres. An alternative route will be via A4145 (Tolpits Lane/Moor Lane), A404 (London Road/ Church Street/Riverside Drive), A412 (RecotryRoad/Park Road/Scots Hill/Watford Road/ Rickmansworth Road), A411 (Beechen Grove/Exchange Road/Beechen Grove/ Waterfields Way/Lower High Street), A4125 (EastburyRoad/Hampermill Lane/SandyLane/Watford Road), B469 Green Lane, A4125 (Church Road/High Street) andA404 (Rickmansworth Road/London Road).

2. that length of A4178 The Hornets, Watford from its junction with A4178 Fearnley Street north eastwards to its junction with A4178 Merton Road, adistance of approximately 54 metres. There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.

3. that length of A4178 Fearnley Street, Watford from its junction with A4178 The Hornets south eastwards to its junction with A4145 Vicarage Road, adistance of approximately 50 metres. There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.

4. that length of A4178 Farraline Road, Watford from its junction with A4145 Vicarage Road south eastwards and north eastwards to its junction with A4178 Wiggenhall Road, adistance of approximately 134 metres. There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.

5. that length of A4178 (Wiggenhall Road/Deacons Hill), Watford from its junction with A4178 Merton Road south eastwards, southwestwards and south eastwards to its junction with A4125 EastburyRoad, adistance of approximately 1175 metres. An alternative route will be via A412 (Rickmansworth Road/St Albans Road), A411 (Beechen Grove/Waterfields Way/Lower High Street) and A4125 Eastbury Road.

6. that length of A4145 Vicarage Road, Watford from its junction with A4178 Merton Road north eastwards to its junction with A411 Exchange Road, adistance of approximately 215 metres. There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.

7. that length of A4178 (Cassio Road/Merton Road), Watford from its junction with A412 Rickmansworth Road south eastwards to its junction with A4178 Wiggenhall Road, adistance of approximately 738 metres. An alternative route will be via A412 (Rickmansworth Road/St Albans Road), A411 (Beechen Grove/Waterfields Way/Lower High Street) and A4125 EastburyRoad. The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads. If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 10 July 2017 for aperiod of up to 18 months. 1. that length of Ridge Street, Watfordfrom its junction with A412 St Albans Road north westwards to its junction with Maude Crescent, adistance of approximately 198 metres. An alternative route will be via A412 St Albans Road and Gammons Lane.

2. that length of Estcourt Road, Watfordfrom its junction with A411 Beechen Grove north eastwards and northwards to its junction with St Johns Road, a distance of approximately 443 metres. An alternative northbound route will be via A411 Beechen Grove, Loates Lane, Lord Street, Queens Road The Broadway, Queens Road, Woodford Road, Clarendon Roadand St Johns Road. An alternative southbound route will be via St Johns Road, Queens Road, Loates Lane and A411 (Beechen Grove/Exchange Road/Beechen Grove).

3. that length of Earl Street, Watford from its junction with Loates Lane north westwards for its entire length. There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. 4. that length of Belgrave Avenue, Watford from its junction with Queens Avenue south westwards to its junction with A4145 Hagden Lane, adistance of approximately 231 metres. An alternative route will be via Queens Avenue and A4125 Hagden Lane.

5. that length of Stratford Road, Watford from its junction with Langley Road north eastwards to its junction with Park Road, adistance of approximately 161 metres. An alternative route will be via Langley Road and Park Road.

6.that length of Gammons Lane, Watford from its junction with Ridge Street north westwards for its entire length.

An alternative route will be via the footway situated on the north side of Leveret Close, the footway situated on the east side of High Road, the footway situated on the north side of Redheath Close and the footway situated on the north side of A405 North Orbital Road.
