THE SECRETARY OF STATE hereby gives notice that the Order under section 247 of the above Act to authorise the stopping up of an eastern part width of Dragon Lane comprising highway verge at Manningford Abbots, in the County of Wiltshire, referred to in the Notice published on 9 February 2017, under reference NATTRAN/SW/S247/2602, will NOT be made.
