Proposals for a mixed-use development by Wilbur Developments, comprising up to 700 dwellings, new primary school, neighbourhood shop, open space and SANG at:

Land at Owens Farm, Hook

The outline planning application is due to be submitted in August 2017 and we are very keen to hear from all interested parties. To enable this to happen, we have set up a website (see below) which contains an overview of the proposal. Plans are also available to view at Hook Parish Council Offices, Ravenscroft, Hook, RG27 9NN, (9am-12pm Mon-Fri), from 1st July 2017.
