LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Exhibit Bars Ltd has applied to Lambeth Council for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at The Exhibit, 5-7 Streatham High Road, London SW16 1EF for the provision of regulated
entertainment, latenight refreshment and the sale by retail of alcohol between the hours of 10:00 and 00:00 Sunday to Thursday, and 10:00 and 02:00 Friday and Saturday; as more particularly set out in the application and plans attached
thereto. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing, Lambeth Council, 6th Floor International House, Canterbury Crescent, London SW9 7QE to be received by no later than 17th Juy 2017 stating the grounds for making said representation. The register and a record of the
application can be inspected on the Council's website www.lambeth.gov.uk  or by appointment at the Council's offices during office hours. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a
false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
